Manual Therapy:

  • Indirect myofascial techniques to achieve healing in areas deep, where traditional methods don’t reach.

Neuromuscular re-education:

  • Retraining how your body moves to recruit the support muscles necessary to protect your injury while it heals.

Gait and Running Mechanics:

  • Walking and running analysis and corrective exercises and mobilizations to restore your body’s ability to move like it’s supposed to.

  • Adaptive equipment fitting to improve your safety and endurance, including walkers, canes, crutches, orthotics, footwear analysis, compression stockings, and braces.

Functional Activity Retraining:

  • Combining everything above to make a meaningful difference in how you move so that you can keep doing the things you love.

  • Helping those with neurological disorders such as strokes, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Functional Neurological Disease (FND), Guillain Barre Syndrome, among others, learn to optimize their movement and improve their independence.

  • Adaptive movement techniques to improve efficiency and reduce torque across joints so that you can find ways to accomplish what has to get done.

Sports Rehabilitation:
